ELQ was established in 1963 as a landscaping and paving company primarily performing work in Westchester County, NY only. ELQ is now in its third generation of ownership with more than 200 employees and has expanded its areas of expertise to all aspects of heavy civil construction and site development.
Our professional and experienced team consists of the best and the brightest in the industry. Our dedicated staff of administrators, engineers, superintendents and managers coupled with our trained crews in the field have been exposed and successfully worked through extremely challenging projects exceeding the expectations of our clients. Our Team has an unparalleled ability to react to emergency situations which understandably makes ELQ the on-call contractor for our clients.
BMB LEASING, CORP.
ELQ is fortunate to have access to one of the most extensive equipment fleets in the tri-state area through its affiliate BMB Leasing Corp. (“BMB”). This enables ELQ to self-perform the majority of its work and complete projects more efficiently, timely and service any project needs which separates us from our competitors. BMB’s experienced mechanical staff consistently performs fleet updates which ensures that the most cutting-edge machinery is employed on each and every job.
